You may file a counter-notification if you think material you posted has been taken down by mistake or misidentification. Please include the following:
Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.
Recognition of the removed item: Information regarding the item removed or to which access was disabled and the location at which the item appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
Good faith statement: A statement that the “complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law”
Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Consent to jurisdiction: A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts and that you will accept service of process from the copyright owner or its authorized agent.
